About the Instructor
Phoebe Katzin has been designing and constructing costumes for modern dance companies for 30 years. She started doing stained glass work about 12 years ago to keep her creative thoughts going, but not at her sewing machine. She fell in love with glass and all aspects of creating stained glass. She has studied with a stained glass artist ever since, and she has been working with him on projects and repairs for the last 7 years. She loves teaching and helping students use their imaginations to create works of art.

Join consignment artist Phoebe Katzin for a hands-on fused glass workshop! In this class, you’ll design and create your own fused glass wall vases—perfect for displaying a small bouquet of fresh or dried flowers. Explore the art of fused glass as you choose from a variety of colors, textures, and shapes to bring your design to life.
Once complete, your piece will be kiln-fired, and we’ll notify you when it’s ready for pickup at the gallery. Your finished wall vase will add a beautiful touch of color and a little “garden” to your wall
Refreshments will be served, and the gallery will be open for your enjoyment. Cheers!
